The Art of Expressive Abstract Painting

In this new workshop, you will explore many ways to conquer the fear of the blank canvas and learn how to make abstract painting less intimidating. You will be using fluid acrylic paint and other mixed media components to create dynamic abstract paintings. . The course will have students explore painting through lessons focusing on creating depth with color and design as well as understanding how to use line work and mark making to create gorgeous layers within an abstract work of art. Emphasis will be on loosening up your painting style, simplifying composition, and embracing experimentation If you have a set-up where you can show your woek online, it would be great if yu would gete set up so that you can share your work with the teacher and other students.
